On 4 March 2010 I will give a lecture on Argentine Patagonia, on the occasion of a course of naturalist lectures organized by the Società Amici del Museo (Association of Friends of the Museum) and entitled “in giro per il mondo” (around the world).  It’s unbelievable how a cold trekking in Januarycan be thrilled by the momentary illusion of having seen a wolf’s footprint. The footprints, 8-10 cm long, have been left with a regular walk on a muddy tract around 5 meters long. The area where I saw them is on Mount Beigua, at around an hour [...]  I made my first 2010 trek on 2 January , following the Alta Via dei Monti Liguri between Mount Beigua and Mount Argentea and wandering in the environs.
